Wes Sheldahl was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, a particularly aggressive brain cancer, in November 2013, and through treatment and surgery, has fought on through the summer of 2016.

The World Race is a Christian missionary program designed for young people as a “gap year” program. Lizzie Hrycyniak, a parishioner at St. Nicholas Orthodox Church in Kenosha, Wisconsin, was accepted to this program and is currently raising funds for her mission.

The Harrington Family is facing one of the most challenging tests it has ever been confronted with. While joyously expecting their fourth child, Irene, they learned they must also prepare for health issues for both mother and baby. Irene was born in July 2015, and continues to face medical issues, and so although this campaign has been around for awhile, the funds certainly still are needed and appreciated.

Heidi Perez, also known as Matushka Mary Perez, was recently diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic lung cancer after a year of suffering from recurring pneumonia, bronchitis, chronic cough, several infections, wheezing and fatigue. While the diagnosis does explain her prolonged illness, it came as a shock to her family and friends.
